Placing an Order
How secure is my online order? Your privacy and security are our top priorities. When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a webpage secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Your information is SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
What payment methods do you accept? At Nomestore, you can checkout using all major credit and debit cards, or via PayPal Express.

Not Accepted: Direct bank transfers, Cash on Delivery (COD).
Order Delivery
When will my order be processed? All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday) and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. During holidays and sale seasons, please allow slightly more time for processing.
If you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us.
How can I track my order? We will email you your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped (usually the day after processing). You can also track your order on our dedicated tracking page here.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return my order? If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Note: All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact. Please see our Returns Policy for a list of final sale items.
What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged? Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your merchandise is incorrect, missing, or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long is the return process? Processing returns may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
